The Spanish Fork Santaquin Pipeline – Santaquin Reach project will include electrical work at the Payson East Turnout, Santaquin North Turnout, and Santaquin South/Pigging Structure. The electrical scope will include utility service equipment, panelboards, power and control conduit, grounding, lighting, and connections for equipment throughout the facilities.

The project will also include duplex sump pump control panels, RTU and PLC equipment, wet-location lighting and switches, emergency lighting, and electrical provisions for future security equipment. Utility service will be coordinated with the serving power companies at the different sites.

Instrumentation and control systems will support monitoring and operation of the turnout facilities. The drawings include fiber connections, sump pump monitoring, intrusion switches, temperature monitoring, and other control signals used to communicate with the facility control systems.

Together, these improvements will provide the electrical power, lighting, controls, monitoring, and communication systems needed to support reliable operation of the three turnout facilities.
